Refunds Policy

At Shopify Web Masters, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. Refunds are governed strictly by the agreed project contract.

Contract-Based Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement or contract signed or accepted by both parties. These terms override any general policy stated here.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Work has already been completed and delivered
  • Project is in progress and resources have been allocated
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or missing inputs
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Services involving custom development or personalized solutions

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The project has not yet started
  • Shopify Web Masters is unable to deliver the service due to internal limitations
  • A valid issue is identified and mutually agreed upon

Partial Refunds

If a project is partially completed:

  • A partial refund may be issued based on work completed
  • Costs associated with time, effort, and resources will be deducted

Cancellation Policy

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project
  • Work already completed will be charged accordingly

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise

Dispute Resolution

  • Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion
  • Final decisions will be based on the signed agreement and documented communication
